MCR Development LLC (“MCR”), the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe, a 134-room select-service hotel located just minutes from numerous business and leisure demand generators in West Monroe, Louisiana, an economic, educational, and medical hub for the Northeast part of the state. Located just off Interstate-20, a main travel artery in West Monroe, the newly renovated hotel features enhanced signage throughout, and updated guestrooms with all new carpet, wall treatments, décor and bathroom fixtures. These updates further complement the previous refresh that recently occurred at the property, which included outfitting the lobby and restaurant with all new furniture and flooring.
