MCR Development LLC (“MCR”), the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Milford, a 76-room select-service hotel located minutes from numerous business and leisure demand generators in Cincinnati, Ohio. The renovation enhances the guest experience for business and leisure travelers alike, and offers a modern and comfortable environment for hosting corporate/family functions and special events.
Located off Interstate-275, a main travel artery in the Greater Cincinnati area, the newly remodeled hotel was updated as part of Homewood Suites by Hilton’s “Take Flight” design initiative, a multi-faceted brand enhancement program that focuses on updating dining and lounge areas, as well as introducing new brand standards. As such, the dining area now features new and modern furniture, flooring and lighting, and the business center was redesigned to create an inviting work space for guests. Additionally, the hotel now features an outdoor kitchen and lounge complete with a grilling area and comfortable seating space.
The renovation is part of MCR’s commitment to provide the growing number of travelers who visit the Cincinnati area each year with a high-quality and convenient staying option in proximity to numerous demand generators including downtown Cincinnati and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), the second busiest airport by flights serving the Ohio metropolitan area.
