MCR Development LLC, the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport, a 109-suite hotel located at 7021 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover, Maryland.

The hotel’s updated lobby now features modernized furniture, carpeting and wall vinyl. In addition, brand new light fixtures were installed and contemporary artwork was hung throughout the lobby and common areas to create a relaxing environment for hotel guests. MCR also updated signage on the hotel’s exterior to improve its aesthetic appeal.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport, conveniently located just four miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI,) is the eighth hotel renovation MCR has completed in the Baltimore area within the last ten months. The hotel is located in proximity to many of the area’s major corporations including Northrup Grumman – MicroLink, Mitre, Verizon, Oakwood and Liberty Mutual. All guest suites feature fully equipped kitchens, 32-inch flat screen TVs and free high speed internet.
